We'll be honest with you: this is a mobile service, and sometimes things happen. Traffic backs up, or a dog in front of you needs a little more time and patience than we planned for. When that happens the window can shift — but we will always let you know, and we always do our best to respect your schedule, because we know how valuable it is.
Don't want to be home? You don't have to be. We're happy to come while you're out and get your pup ourselves. All we need is a signed agreement ahead of time, and we'll take care of the rest.

Hi, I’m Catherine! Taking care of animals has been my heart’s passion for as long as I can remember. Growing up helping out on my family’s ranches, I learned early on how to connect with animals, which led me to earn my degree in Animal Science from Sam Houston State University. Caring for them is my life’s calling, and helping them look and feel their absolute best has been my profession for over a decade.
Mobile grooming allows us to bring a peaceful, personalized luxury spa right to your doorstep. Nothing brings me greater joy than earning a pet’s trust: watching a frightened or reactive dog transform into a relaxed companion who genuinely looks forward to their grooming day. Senior pets hold a particularly tender place in my heart, and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety is at the core of everything I do.

My name is Laura, and my journey with pet grooming began when I was 17 years old. From day one, caring for dogs became my true passion.
Having worked extensively in traditional salon environments, I saw firsthand how stressful long wait times and crowded spaces can be for pets. I knew there had to be a better way. My sister and I founded Epic Grooming to create a more exclusive, calm, and personalized experience—one where every pet feels safe, comfortable, and truly at home while being pampered.
There is nothing more fulfilling to me than knowing I’m making a real difference in a dog’s life. Whether it’s helping a senior dog stay comfortable, gently working through heavy matting to give a pet relief, or guiding a puppy through their very first grooming session, making them look and feel their absolute best is at the heart of everything I do.

She manages the day-to-day, and is the one booking and coordinating every appointment on the calendar — so if you've called to schedule, you've probably talked to her. She's also a dog trainer, and she loves learning: she's always continuing her education to get better and better at what she does.
Savannah
With over twelve years behind the grooming table, Savannah brings a level of skill that only comes from real experience. For her, grooming is genuinely an art form — a way to express her creativity and her love for animals in the same breath. Every dog that leaves her care looks like it was finished by someone who truly enjoys the work.
Nicole
Grooming has always held a special place in Nicole's life, and it shows in her work. What she loves most is the transformation — watching a dog come in one way and leave looking and feeling like a whole new pup. That passion for the before-and-after is what keeps her excited about every appointment.

Darian has a real gift for caring for dogs, and she has a particular soft spot for our senior pups — the ones who need a gentler pace and a little extra patience. Why three packages?
Because no two dogs are on the same schedule. Some dogs need a haircut about every 4 weeks to stay ahead of matting. Plenty of dogs do beautifully on a 6 week rhythm. And some coats stay neat and comfortable going 8 weeks between visits.

Coat care How often does my dog actually need a groom?
The short version: most doodles, poodles, and other curly or wavy coats need a full groom every 4 to 6 weeks. Wait longer and you are usually dealing with matting rather than a haircut.
Short, smooth coats like a beagle or a lab can go 8 to 12 weeks between baths and still look great, though regular brushing at home helps with shedding. Double-coated breeds such as German Shepherds and Huskies do best with a deshedding treatment a few times a year, especially heading into spring and fall.
If you are not sure where your dog falls, call us and describe the coat. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.
Matting Why we sometimes recommend a shorter cut
When a coat is heavily matted, the mats pull on the skin every time your dog moves, lies down, or gets brushed. Under a bad mat the skin is often red, damp, and irritated.
We will always try to work a mat out first when it is safe to do so. But brushing out a severely matted coat can take hours and genuinely hurts the dog. In those cases a shorter cut is the kinder option, and the coat grows back.
The good news is that matting is preventable. Brushing a few times a week and staying on a regular grooming schedule keeps almost every dog out of this situation.
First visits Getting a puppy comfortable with grooming
The best time to start is before your puppy actually needs a haircut. A first visit that is mostly a bath, a light trim, and a lot of treats teaches them that the table is not a scary place.
At home, handle their paws, ears, and face for a few seconds at a time and reward them for it. Those are the areas most dogs object to later, and early practice pays off for years.
We take extra time with puppies and go at their pace. Let us know when you book that it is a first groom.
Senior dogs Grooming an older dog safely
Senior dogs often cannot stand for long, may be stiff in the hips, or get anxious more easily. A groom that would be routine for a three-year-old can be a lot for a thirteen-year-old.
For our older clients we break the groom into stages with rest in between, keep them lying down where possible, and prioritize comfort over a show-perfect finish. Clean, trimmed, nails done, and not stressed is the goal.
If your dog has arthritis, hearing loss, vision loss, or any medical condition, tell us before the appointment so we can plan around it.

- Vaccinations must be current. We may ask your vet to confirm.
- Severely matted coats may require a shorter cut for your dog's comfort and safety. We will always call you first.
- We reserve the right to stop a groom if your dog becomes too stressed or unsafe to continue. You'll only be charged for work completed.
- Please let us know about any health conditions, injuries, bite history, or anxiety before the appointment.
- Cancellations: please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the spot to another client.
- Fleas or ticks found during the groom will be treated and added to your total.
- Senior and special-needs dogs are groomed for comfort first, appearance second.
